It would be great when a chat first begins, I could also see the IP Address / Company name as part of the information given. I know I can click on the more detail link, but the ability to have this shown would be helpful to sense where they are coming from.

Thanks for the feedback. We have hesitated putting more information at the beginning on the chat to avoid cluttering the chat box. We think its a good idea though and would like to move this to the forums to see if there is more interest.
